The mainstream media has been going through a significant shift during the past decade. You’ve probably felt it. Too many journalists would rather share their opinion or twist facts to suit their own bias. And some just avoid doing real investigations altogether. This is especially true in Arizona.

But there are too many stories out there that haven’t been shared. And you deserve to hear about them from a news outlet you can trust.

That’s why AZ Free News exists.

Our mission is to foster independent journalism and provide people like you with access to news and information not covered by traditional corporate media.

If something doesn’t smell right, we will get to the bottom of it. And our independent journalists will ask the questions that no other media outlet will ask so you can stay informed about what’s really going on in your community.

We want to be your most trusted source for Arizona news and politics. And we promise to do this work for free—without using paywalls or bombarding you with advertisements.

Your #1 Source for Arizona News & Politics!

Corinne Murdock

Reporter

Corinne Murdock is a reporter who prioritizes truth and rejects partisan takes that spare a favored narrative. In addition to AZ Free News, her reporting has appeared in The Daily Wire and Be the People News. Corinne got her start reporting with The Star News Network. To date, her proudest reporting accomplishment was when The Rush Limbaugh Show cited her investigative reporting prior to his passing.

Corinne wishes she could say she had many great reporting memories during her recent college years. But as a student-athlete at Hillsdale College (’19), most of her memories involved her tennis teammates and the many sacrifices that led to their back-to-back championship wins. That’s why Corinne is so grateful that AZ Free News affords her the opportunity to live out her passion for honest reporting while make the memories she never could in college.
